How We Got Here

The Beginning

Look, starting a business wasn't some grand vision. It was 2019, and I'd spent too many years watching companies struggle with slow systems while so-called experts threw expensive solutions at simple problems.

The breaking point? A friend's accounting firm nearly missed their year-end deadline because their network kept crawling. Three different consultants had looked at it. Nobody fixed the actual issue.

Turned out it was a misconfigured switch and some badly written scripts eating resources. Two days of proper diagnostics, one afternoon of work. Problem solved.

What We Actually Do

Most of our work happens remotely anyway. Modern tools let us diagnose and resolve issues without sitting in your office. Though we'll come on-site when it makes sense.
